Shipping Times
Our packages typically reach the courier within 1–2 business days. Delivery time estimates are based on business days (Monday–Friday), not calendar days. Once your package is scanned by the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Occasionally, this process may take an additional business day. Please check your spam folder or email us at contact@titanxresearch.com if you haven’t received your tracking number.

At Titan X Research, we are committed to providing a seamless and reliable shipping experience. We work exclusively with trusted carriers such as:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Once your order is processed, it is handed over to these carriers for final delivery. While we monitor the shipping process on our end, please note that we do not control the package once it leaves our facility.

To stay updated on your shipment’s progress, we recommend checking the UPS and FedEx tracking websites. They provide real-time tracking updates and estimated delivery windows.

If you suspect your package is delayed or possibly lost, we advise reaching out directly to the carrier’s customer service. They are best equipped to assist with delivery-related concerns and can offer accurate, timely support.

Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds
We do not accept returns or exchanges. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Please double-check your order before submitting it. If you need to make changes before the order ships, contact us immediately at contact@titanxresearch.com.

If your product arrives in unsatisfactory condition, please send us photos clearly showing the state of the product and packaging. If a replacement is not desired, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

Missing Items
If an item is missing from your shipment, notify us within 3 days of delivery. Once the claim is verified, we will promptly send the missing item.
